Spent 6 years scaling at HashiCorp from 100 to 2500 employees, from private to public and IPO+. Got to ring the bell in NYC. Had the fortune of taking on a variety of roles and learned a lot about scaling companies. It was a fun ride but now applying what I learned to build my own company.
